Hi Farmers Market Lovers,

Did you know that “Farmers Market@The Old Cheese Factory” is the only genuine farmers market in the City of Casey that are accredited with the Victorian Farmers Market Association (www.vicfarmersmarkets.org.au)?

Sunday is Valentine’s Day – George from Deavon Meadows will have freshly picked red Roses for sale for $5 a bunch – he has other colours too –  a steal at that price.

New stallholders attending are :         Miris Products with Sri Lankan flavoured chutneys,  pastes,  dukkah and  gourmet mustards.

Radiant Wellness with fabulous varieties of granola are worth

Emerald located Club Creek Bulb Farm with a great variety of seasonal bulbs , suitable for the garden after flowering.

Plum season is in full swing, Nar Nar Goon Fresh will have a good supply of plums including blood plums.

Summer brings long lazy days and holidays but summer is also a bountiful time for seasonal vegetables and fruit which continue to grow and must be sold when ready.

T & I Strawberries will have a good supply of blackberries, blueberries and strawberries and Rayners Stone  Fruit have juicy white and yellow peaches, with some of their exotic  varieties on sale too.  

Stallholders on holidays last market are back – Happy Valley Free Range Pork,  Designer Gourmet Sauces,  Tarago River Cheese, Mattisse Sour Dough Bread,  A & G Biscuits  and  Oz Fresh Herbs and Vegetables.

Plenty to eat at the market if you require breakfast or brunch, yes we are dog friendly, but must be on a lead at all times.
